Owner and CEO
Joyce is the ideas person behind HumanDiversity. A long-time sufferer of being ‘Othered’ because she is autistic, dyslexic, dyspraxic (2 types) and ADHD. It is Joyce’s mission to challenge society’s perception of tribes and see everyone as part of the worlds Human Family. Joyce supports employers, educators and families because you are the pivotal people who can make our society better for all HumanDiversities. When not on her mission (rare) you will find Joyce in the garden or walking somewhere she can see the sea.
Jane CoomberSewell
Director and Strategic Thinker
Where Joyce is the ideas person, Jane is the ‘will it work’ person. Jane writes our funding bids (with a 75% success rate so far), checks and interprets guidelines and supports Joyce with liaising with CPD regulators, events organisers and all things paperwork. When not keeping the company compliant, you will find Jane wielding an axe or chainsaw in the garden (with Joyce far, far away) or joining her wife on a walk.
Amanda Holges
Director
Amanda provides strategic support to the business, drawing on over 35 years' experience in HR, employment law and business consultancy. She advises on contracts, legal compliance and governance, while also acting as a trusted sounding board as the business continues to grow.
